2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By engaging with WP Dev Care PH, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information and access credentials (e.g., WordPress admin, hosting, FTP)
- Supply content, branding, or assets required for website builds
- Respond to communications or revision requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3–5 business days)
Failure to provide required access or materials may result in delayed timelines or additional charges.
4. Payments & Invoicing
- For project-based work, a minimum 50% upfront deposit is required. Final payment is due before delivery or site launch.
- For ongoing maintenance or support plans, fees are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Payments must be made through approved methods (e.g., bank transfer, GCash, credit card).
- Overdue invoices may result in service interruption or cancellation.
5. Revisions & Scope
All service packages or custom builds include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. We will always communicate such changes before work continues.
6. Cancellations & Refund Policy
- You may cancel ongoing services at any time with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- One-time services (e.g., website builds) are non-refundable once work has begun.
- No partial refunds will be issued for time remaining in a monthly plan if canceled mid-cycle.
- If we are unable to fulfill a service due to unforeseen internal issues, a full or partial refund may be provided at our discretion.
7. Website Ownership
Once full payment is received:
- You own your domain name, content, and approved final design.
- Any third-party licenses (e.g., premium plugins or themes) may be subject to their own terms.
- WP Dev Care PH may retain the right to showcase your site in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We treat all client data, login credentials, and information as confidential and will not share it with any third party without your consent. We follow best practices in securing data both online and offline.

9. Limitation of Liability
WP Dev Care PH will not be liable for:
- Website downtime, data loss, or performance issues due to third-party hosting, plugin conflicts, or malware
- Loss of income or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use our services
- Delays caused by force majeure, client delays, or third-party tools
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you for the service in question.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services or access to our site for any user who violates these Terms, abuses our staff, or engages in unlawful behavior. We may also discontinue services with prior notice for business or technical reasons.
